The Show
eMouse is an animated adventure-comedy for children 8-12 years old (tweens). The show delivers a mix of fun action, laughs, and fantasy/fantastical elements centered in an online world where anything is possible. In the center of many episodes will be a strong moral core combined with a relatable
friendship or social situation.
Even when the show goes to wild and whimsical places, the characters face real, kid-centered challenges; peer pressure, fear of failure or embarrassment, standing up for what’s right, etc. These can combine with creative and empowering twists such as discovering hidden “levels” in a world, unlocking gadgets responding to positive choices, outsmarting baddies that feed on negativity, or tapping into inner strength that grows from kindness.
Episodes will present timeless principles in a fun way: the Golden Rule comes alive when a lie backfires, but truth does the opposite; “give and you shall receive” pays off in surprising ways; and opening your heart to someone you didn’t like at first ends in a new friendship.
Aimed toward 8-12 year olds, the stakes will feel meaningful, the humor sharp and applicable (sarcasm, eye-rolls, in-jokes). The action of the series mixes cool sequences with growth moments that come about organically from the situation no matter how crazy it may be. Our characters make mistakes and face consequences from their actions, learn from them, and come out smarter and stronger.
Episode Springboards
These are just some of the examples of tone and the types of stories that we will do.
The Great Race
eMouse, Cueball, and Dux-E race against Sly-Fox-E and the E-Maya Twins to the market to sell a basket of apples for the most money. They speed in cool roadsters, racing to the market. On the way, eMouse and his friends stop to and help an old pear tree shake the fruit off its branches, and to clear an overgrown well. Sly-Fox-E ignores these same pleas and sells their apples first and “wins.” But when eMouse comes back he has far more money. “How?” asks Sly-Fox-E. It turns out that both the tree and well gave eMouse and his friends gifts for their aid, including a pile of gold coins that was giving the well indigestion. The lesson is that if you give freely, you shall receive good things in return.
The Magic Wreath
eMouse, Funky Bear, and Mokumba accidentally wreck a beaver dam, and then fix it. The grateful beavers let them borrow an enchanted wreath, which is a doorway to a forest-themed amusement park! The gang has an incredible time. They ride a rainbow waterslide, trampoline on a springy, giant mushroom, and have a dance party with the beavers (who are excellent log drummers). Sly-Fox-E wants that magic wreath! He steals it to make wishes that would spoil everyone else’s fun. Instead he receives comical punishments.
Get Your Honey Cakes Here
Sly-Fox-E plans to steal the skyberry shortcakes that Cueball makes for the town cake-off. He yells, “Tree ogre! A tree ogre is coming to wreck the town!” eMouse, Funky Bear, and Dux-E go to check, but there’s no ogre. While they are gone Sly-Fox-E tries to take the cakes, but falls into the Not-So-Easy-Bake 9000, getting pummeled and kneaded. He finally gets the cakes, but that’s when a real Ogre appears. The Ogre is upset that his good name has been smeared and comically thumps Sly-Fox-E into the ground like a nail.
Swap Meet
When they go to a swap meet, eMouse and Sly- ox-E switch bodies after stumbling into a table of Gnome potions! Sly-Fox-E (in eMouse’s body) messes with Dux-E, Cueball, Funky Bear, and Mokumba, as eMouse (in Sly-Fox-E’s body) tries to stop the eMaya Twins from doing unpleasant things to others for fun.
Through this, they each learn what it’s like to be the other guy. Sly-Fox-E begins feeling bad about the pranks he’s playing and does a few good things, and eMouse helps Sly-Fox-E’s friends realize that they don’t have to do things at other people’s expense. When the potions fade away, they automatically swap back. But by this time, each understands the other a little more.
Steampunk'd
eMouse and his friends end up in a cool steampunk world, but the people there are running out of steam, literally. Funky Bear is key here as he figures out that the bubbling steam geysers are powered by this world’s heartbeat–and that beat has been disrupted. eMouse and the group have to go deep into a cavern and fix the main steam junction by using a beat pattern that Funky Bear figures out and they play as a group. The world’s heart beat is restored, and the geysers musically blow once more, leading to a song and a big party.
Mirror, Mirror
eMouse and the gang get sucked into a mirror world where Sly-Fox-E’s plans have succeeded. He rules of the online world here and it is a weird (but funny) place. When eMouse is discovered as not being from here, Sly-Fox-E sends soldiers led by the eMaya Twins
after the group to imprison them next to “his” eMouse and friends. Our eMouse learns that the source of Sly-Fox-E’s power here is a shining crystal egg. Our heroes succeed in breaking the egg into a million pieces and the mirror world turns on Sly-Fox-E and the eMaya Twins, who have to run off. eMouse releases the alternate eMouse and our group returns home safely.
Episode Mechanics
Since broadcast television still is a force in many emerging countries, episodes will clock in at 11 minutes each. These are for total content. Many episodes will be built on a “nesting doll” structure designed for maximum flexibility across social media platforms.
This format allows for easy repurposing: standalone 5-min clips for social media, 2:30 minute hooks for X/Facebook, full 11-min episodes for YouTube, and finally paired 11 minute episodes (22 minutes of content) for broadcast sales worldwide. And everything can be dubbed in multiple languages at low-cost using AI translations (with human Q&A checks, of course).
The result? High rewatchability, binge-friendly loose arcs (3-5 episodes strung together for ongoing stories) will create a strong algorithm attraction and global scalability. With this type of show we start strong in emerging markets (Asia, Africa, South America) where positive, family-friendly content with a moral center is in huge demand.
Highlights
- Some will have two 5-minute self-contained stories per 11 minute episode (each with its own mini-arc: a fast hook at 30-60 seconds, build-up with adventure/friendship beats, climax in a moral choice, then a resolution win with a laugh).
- A deliberate cliffhanger or teaser occurs at around the 2:30 mark in the 5-minute stories. This is to hook viewers back after a short break and so that the segment can be used as its own post/story for Facebook and Instagram.
- Two 30-second visual or music gags/bumpers make up the missing minute of the 11 minute episode. These are made with pure fun in mind: characters dancing wildly to music, epic water-sliding, singing a catchy hook, and silly power-up montages are some examples. These are perfect for vertical shorts on TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube Shorts, and easy-to-share teasers in their own right.
Meet the Characters
The Good Guys

eMouse
Everything revolves around eMouse, the world’s cyber-protector and our main character. He’s the leader and teacher of our fun and friendly group. Brave, intelligent, and wise, eMouse loves foiling the dastardly plans of baddies in general, but Sly-Fox-E in particular. His strategic side shines through in clever and surprising ways. Sometimes eMouse lets adventures linger a little longer to better teach his friends (and our audience) valuable lessons.

Cueball
An eccentric genius, Cueball has a brilliant mind that borders on weird in the best ways. He thinks fast, leaping to conclusions that he can comically struggle explaining to the rest of the group. His quirky moments can deliver deep insights and key solutions. Think of him as the chaotic tech whiz that can save the day with an oddball idea.

Dux-E
A sure-fire smart ducky, Dux-E is a science and facts expert. She knows real-world facts and knowledge about things like; biology (insects, plants, animals), Earth sciences (weather, geology, biospheres), as well as cyber and environmental issues. She’s the go-to character for questions about how things work and what happens if they don’t.

Funky Bear
The large and incredibly kind-hearted muscle of eMouse’s crew. A loyal friend who's always the first to volunteer, Funky is a definite fun hang. He has a musical, joyful vibe. He shuffles, dances, and sings to his own beat just walking down the street. He would be voted “Cuddliest on the Inside,” in the group despite having an imposing exterior.

Mokumba
A stealth specialist and spy. She’s super sneaky and a master of disguises, intelligence gathering, and infiltration. She loves getting in and out of Sly-Fox-E’s secret hideouts undetected. If there’s a hidden secret, she itches to know everything. Mokumba is perfect for
reconnaissance missions in the digital or physical world. She’s probably watching you right now!
The Bad Guys

Sly Fox-E
The shadowy mastermind of the digital realm. Some say was born of a virus code. Sly wants to turn the online world into his personal echo chamber; where only his rules apply, his jokes are funny, and everyone loves the things he does. He’s annoyed that eMouse and his friends are always having fun while helping others.

The eMaya Twins
The double-trouble duo are a power with their hypnotic voices. These glamorous mermaid sisters shimmer with flowing manes that ripple like sound waves. They zip between online worlds in a flash of sparkly static, popping up anywhere to cause chaos! And they adore Sly-Fox-E and his grand takeover plans, just as long as they get thrones right next to his.
AND DON’T FORGET THE MUSIC!
The soundtrack to our show is a character unto itself. Upbeat dance music, driving beats, and infectious hooks add to the world of E-Mouse. The music will make our stories’ impact linger with the children. Catchy tunes play during the chases, quirky phrases underscore discoveries, and recurring motifs will tie everything together. Music isn’t only background in this show.
And much of our music is already written, sung, or produced by Ronny Gorré (a.k.a Ronny Gee), former Suriname Vision winner, and Dutch TV celebrity. Ronny’s songs are not only catchy enough for kids’ playlists, but in some cases, actual radio play!
